1. BEST WAY- Click on the
 button next to the desired class on the CLASS SCHEDULE. Complete the data on the encrypted secure server, including the credit card number, and submit it to us. You should receive e-mail confirmation within 48 hours. For your safety, we use 128-bit RC4 level encryption in conjunction with challenge images to ensure the integrity of your online information. |
| 2. FAX - Click on the
button next to the desired class on the CLASS SCHEDULE. Complete the data on the encrypted secure server,
click the FAXING PAYMENT OPTION and fax us the credit card number to
(865)539-4769 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Your registration is complete when we
receive the payment. You should receive confirmation within 48 hours. |
| 3. MAIL A CHECK - Click on the
button next to the desired
class on the CLASS SCHEDULE. Complete the data on the encrypted secure
server, click the MAILING CHECK PAYMENT OPTION and MAIL us the check
to the address below AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Your registration is complete
when we receive the payment. You should receive confirmation within 48
hours of our receipt of the payment. |
| 4. BRING A CHECK TO THE POOL - Click on the
button next
to the desired class on the CLASS SCHEDULE. Complete the data on the
encrypted secure server, click the BRINGING PAYMENT TO POOL OPTION
and bring the check to the pool AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. You may call to ensure someone is in the office to meet you or you can drop payment in the
drop box under the OCTOPUS on the wall by the door. Be sure to include
the student's name and a phone number to call if we have questions. Your registration is complete when we receive the payment. You should receive confirmation within 48 hours. |
| 5. CASH PAYMENT- Click on the
button next to the
desired class on the CLASS SCHEDULE. Complete the data on the encrypted
secure server, click the CASH PAYMENT OPTION and call (865) 693-SWIM
(7946) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ARRANGE FOR A STAFF PERSON TO ACCEPT THE
CASH AND GIVE YOU A RECEIPT. DO NOT PUT CASH IN THE DROP BOX!!! Your
registration is complete when we receive the payment. You should receive
confirmation with YOUR RECEIPT. |
